What could you accomplish if you had more energy? What is it going to take for you to have more energy?
Getting in shape and eating right is common sense. If we’re honest with ourselves they just aren’t common practice.

Hi, it’s day two of the 12 days of coaching. And today we’re going to talk about energy.

Hi, I’m Phil Sherwood, your high performance coach. And today we’re going to talk about energy. Because when you think about starting 2022 strong and being unable to complete the things that you have put into place that you want to complete, so that you can have an outstanding 2022, one of the first things you have to look at is energy. And this really ties in with what a lot of people do when they make resolutions, is they think about their health, and they think about getting in good shape and dropping some pounds. And all of that is really, really important for your energy.

I want you to think about how much are you going to be able to get done next year? If you don’t have the energy to do it? Great question, huh? That’s why your energy, your health needs to be one of the top priorities for this next year. What do you need to do health-wise? Do you want to get in the best shape of your life? This next year? That is awesome. If not now When? The best time to start is now. So think about that. Then think about what steps you’re going to have to take, what types of things are you going to have to start doing? What types of things are you going to have to stop doing?

Because there’s always that push and pull isn’t there? There’s and we definitely know what those things are that we need to start doing. And we know the things that we need to stop doing if we’re going to get in the best shape of our lives. If we’re going to drop our cholesterol if we’re going to drop some weight if we’re going to up our cardio if we’re going to be able to have stamina and be able to complete the tasks every day without hitting that afternoon lull. We know what those are because the topic of health is one of the most talked-about topics that you’ll see anywhere. So there’s a lot of common sense when it comes to health. And common sense is not always common practice, right? Yeah, let’s face it, it’s not we know. We know.

Okay, so on day one, we talked about getting clear on what you want. Day two, we’re talking about energy. So get clear on what you want your energy to be like the rest of this year, going into next year so that you can go into 2022 strong. Hey, that’s day two of the 12 days of coaching.
